Third B’ney Yosef National Congress     -    23-27 March 2018

The time for the Congress draws near . . .

As the time for the Third Ephraimite Congress draws near, more details and additional events have been added. Below is the latest update from event organizers, Ephraim and Rimona Frank:

Bney Yosef National Congress 2018

Shalom Fellow Israelite,

The chief reason for the first Ephraimite / Bney Yosef Congress was, as mentioned previously, to begin to explore what actually constitutes our present Israelite national identity while scattered in the nations. At this given time we are for the most part Israelites living in the “wilderness of the nations”. But in order to make strides forward, before the greater exodus, we do need to transition beyond the scope of religious activities to building communities, and eventually be constituted as a recognizable ‘people group’ (Etz/Tree of Yosef). The Congresses, the Summits and National Shabbats, as well as other local gatherings and conferences, present opportunities to explore and seek the Father for guidance in preparation for our eventual move to the lands ordained in the covenants and foretold by the prophets (see Genesis 15:18-21; Zechariah 10:10; Micah 7:14).

The first Bney Yosef National Congress in 2015 took place immediately after the Feast of Shavuot/Bikkurim (weeks/firstfruit). Last year, in 2016, it was with the ‘flavor’ of Succot that we segued into the event. And so, with the feasts of YHVH as time and event markers, the coming Congress will relate to the preparation of our own exodus. Hence the next Bney Yosef National Congress will take place again at Eshel HaShomron Hotel a week before Pesach, from Friday 23rd of March to the morning of the 27th. (Pesach begins the evening of March 30th.) Priority will be given to attendees who will participate in the entire four days.

If you are planning to attend the Congress, registration forms will be sent to you upon request. Please contact us via email at:

Please register soon as there are a limited number of rooms (65).

Here are a few extra activities appended to the Congress:
  • We will be going on a six hour excursion to specific lookouts where we will prophetically declare (applicable) scriptures, blow shofars, and pray over the lands that are mentioned in the scriptures above. If you are interested you will need to check into the hotel on the 22nd of March, as we will leave at around 7:00 am Friday morning. For those who will not be going to this intercessory trip, you can check into the hotel on Friday the 23rd but in time to celebrate the coming in of the Shabbat. The Congress meetings will end on the morning of Tuesday the 27th.

  • Secondly, we have been informed by Hanoch Young that he will be doing a four day tour during the intermediate days of Pesach. It is possible to sign up for 1, 2, 3 or all 4 days. It will be 2 days in Jerusalem, a day in the Galil (locations to be determined) and a day in the South (Masada, Ein Gedi, etc). Please contact: Hanoch Young via email at

  • Thirdly, Mike Clayton and Hanoch Young have put together a Connect To Israel tour to coincide with the Congress. The dates for the tour are March 15th through 23rd with a bonus day after the Congress the afternoon of the 27th. There are limited spots available for this tour, as it will only include about 20 people. If you would like an itinerary and registration information please contact Mike Clayton via email at

Note: The reason for not having the Congress even closer to Pesach is because the hotel is obliged to make thorough preparations prior to the feast in terms of cleaning and kosherizing the kitchen etc. We would encourage you to remain in Israel for the duration of Pesach 2018, and celebrate it in Jerusalem with our brothers, something which would be of great significance.

Also, some from the Aqaba (Jordan) community will be having a Seder in Jerusalem, which you may join. Check out

Thank you for your kind attention.
